Studio Hire
Choose The Ground, The Mez or the full studio. The space is set up for photography, video, e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle content and larger campaign days.
The Ground
About 187 m² of open floor space with double-height ceilings, grey concrete surfaces, large-scale natural light and easy access through a west-facing garage door. Feature areas include the beige corner, caramel-toned wall and soft green wall.
The Mez
About 68 m² upstairs, styled more like an apartment with earthy tones, layered rugs, curved seating, wooden tables, textured panels and soft skylight.
Other sets
Available looks include a chrome wall, red room, office-style setup, textured walls and a prop collection with ceramics, books, faux florals, mugs and décor.
Equipment & access
Two continuous Aputure Amaran 100X bi-colour lights are included. The Ground has step-free access and an accessible bathroom; The Mez is stairs-only.

Booking time must include bump-in, setup, pack-down and exit. Bookings may run back-to-back. Whole Studio bookings provide full privacy; when individual levels are booked, another client may be using the other level.
Useful details
- Three dedicated parking spaces plus guest parking nearby.
- 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
- Well-behaved pets are permitted on The Ground only.
- Natural light is generally strongest from late morning to early afternoon.
- Golden-hour light can enter The Ground through the garage door late in the day.
- Kitchen: small fridge, microwave, sink, stainless bench, plates and bowls.
- Steamer and one black clothing rack are available.
- Furniture can be rearranged within the booked area but must be reset before the booking ends.
Behind-the-scenes add-on
An in-house creator can capture candid BTS content on iPhone/digital camera and deliver it unedited after the shoot: $100 + GST per hour on weekdays or $120 + GST per hour on weekends.
